Founded in 1995, ICS is a competent IT partner for facility management, internet solutions and IT networks.
1997 - Internet solutions
With the entry into the Internet business, the need for complex Internet solutions also grew. The development of our own software solution (content management system) for editing the most diverse Internet pages proved to be very visionary at that time. Today we manage over 400 content management systems with great success.
2001 - immo facility ag, Vaduz & ISO 9001 certification
As developers of facility management software, we are specialists in all aspects of property management. With the founding of immo facility ag, Vaduz (www.immofacility.com) in 2000, the entire business area was successfully expanded.
With our commitment to Total Quality Management, we measure ourselves against the market. Whether for administrations, services, industry, small businesses or private individuals, we apply our knowledge profitably together with our customers.
2003 - Beginning IT network solutions
The rapid developments in the information technology sector offer users a huge range of services. To this end, we plan, realise and support our customers in the design of IT workplaces. Risk management analyses are just as much a part of this as firewall, data security, virus and spam solutions.
2004 - Expansion ICS
With the foundation of immo facility (schweiz) ag, St. Gallen (www.immofacility.com) and immo facility (graubünden) ag, Chur (www.immofacility.com), we expand our holdings into Switzerland. In time for our 10th anniversary, we launch a new CD/CI and completely new software versions of our Internet and facility management products.
2009 - GebMan.i10 - 100 % internet based FM software
With the introduction of a holistic business software via the Internet, we are among the first in the industry to be able to offer this. Whether bookkeeping, payroll accounting, time recording, accounting and controlling, facility management (cleaning, building services, construction, security), post-calculation, our software can do it all.
2011 - Web design for mobile devices
Up to 30% of access to a homepage is via mobile devices. With the early recognition of this trend and the implementation of schaan.li, ICS was able to build up great expertise as a pioneer in this area. At the same time, our homepage system was optimised for rigorous compliance with barrier-free standards, so that the highest award in this area was achieved for the municipality of Schaan.
2013 - Network solutions
By outsourcing company servers to the IT partner ICS, numerous customers can reduce their IT costs and plan better.
2014 - Gebäude-Manager
Redesign of the industry solution Gebäude Manager - a web-based software for facility management.
2015 - Expanding ICS solutions
Commissioning of additional web servers and expansion of outsourcing. Expansion of the ticket system.
2018 - App for tracking hours of work
The app for our web-based industry solution Gebäude Manager can be used for Android and iOS to record hours on your smartphone.
2019 - New software versions and cloud workstations
Consistent further development of the Gebäude Manager with the module for editing CAD room plans. Version 2 of the app for Android and iOS for recording hourly workloads with the smartphone. Conversion to 100% mobile workstations in the cloud.
2020 - Expansion Gebäude Manager
Introduction of the new version of the CAD module of the Building Manager for the visualisation of CAD room plans.
Creation of Swiss QR invoices.

2021 - Software optimisation
Expansion of the accounting module of the Gebäude Manager, new reports and the introduction of a dashboard with important accounting key figures.
2022 - Import of bank account transactions
It is now possible to automatically import bank account transactions in the facility management application Gebäude-Manager which is a great benefit for the accounting department.
